1. ユーザは、当サイトで公開した文章やコンテンツ(画像や動画含む)の一部またはすべてを利用して、商用/非商用を問わずRPGツクールおよびツクール以外のゲーム開発を行うことができます。利用の報告も不要です。

1-1.ただし、RPGツクールシリーズのコンテンツが含まれているものについては、該当するRPGツクール製品の規約に準じます。

2. ゲーム開発以外の目的で当サイトのコンテンツを利用する場合は、引用を目的とする場合のみ許可し、ユーザが作成したコンテンツ内に引用元の明記を必須とします。

3. 当サイトで公開しているすべてまたは一部の内容を利用する場合、ユーザの自己責任のもとで行うものとします。それにより発生したすべての損害や不利益に対して、製作者は責任を負わず、保証・賠償もいたしません。
